Full-chain inspection from incoming materials to final packing — with clear reject & rework rules at every gate.

Material Received→ Raw Material Inspection (10%)→ 100% Materials Inspection→ Before-Line Inspection→ To Produce
4-pts system: if 50% rechecked & failed, material is rejected and not used.
4-pts system failed → materials will be rejected.
Reject or replace faulty panel.
Assemble → Finishing Dept.
Line Panel Receipt · Inline (Random)→ 100% End-Line Inspection→ 100% 2nd End-Line→ Random Visual / Carton→ Random Pre-Final
Failed → worker rechecks 100% of the work process.
Reject or return for repair work.
